Terms
The terms for using this website. The terms for actual work live in the written agreement for that engagement — where there is any conflict, that agreement wins, not this page.
This website
- Information, not an offer. The descriptions here explain what we do; they are not a contract, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular result. A binding scope, price and success measure only exist once they are in a signed engagement agreement.
- No warranty on the pages. The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and honest — that is the whole point of how it is written — but we do not warrant it is error-free or continuously available.
- Our marks. Agile Integrations and embark.day are trademarks of Agile Integrations LLC. The site's text, design and logo are ours; please do not reproduce them as your own.
How engagements actually bind
Every engagement is a separate written agreement that names the deliverable, the fee, the success measure and what ends it. The plain-English shape is on how we work: fixed fee for diagnostics and pilots, capped time-and-materials for build, no percentage-of-savings deals. The ownership commitments there — you keep work product and your data, we keep our pre-existing tools and general methods — are contractual in that agreement, not merely aspirational here.
The engine, and the professional API
The measurement and optimisation engine behind our engagements is also sold as a product at embark.day. Ongoing programmatic access to it — the professional API — is a business account: invoice-billed, prepaid, all sales final. There is no self-serve purchase for that tier; we set one up after a conversation. See embark.day/pricing.
Liability, and contact
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our responsibility for any engagement is as set out in that engagement's agreement, not this page, and nothing on this website creates a liability on its own. Questions: hello@agileintegrations.net, Agile Integrations LLC.
