Privacy
Short, because we collect little. This covers this website and a first enquiry — an actual engagement is governed by its own written agreement, not this page.
What this site collects
- Nothing in the page itself. These are static pages. There is no analytics script, no third-party ad pixel, and no cookie set by us. Your browser loads the HTML, the stylesheet, the logo, and — if you open the “Ask” helper in the corner — one further file from this same site: an index of our own published page headings, so the helper can find a page for you in your browser. What you type into that corner helper is never sent anywhere, and nothing is stored on your device. If you pick Light or Dark at the foot of a page, your browser keeps that one word so the next page opens the same way; it never leaves your device.
- The Ask page is different, and here is exactly how. Ask our consultant is a real question box, so a question you send from it does leave your browser: it goes to our own service, on our own account, and comes back with the sections of our pages it was answered from. A question you send leaves the time it was asked, whether our pages answered it and a one-way fingerprint of its words. It may also keep up to five of its words, so we can see what our pages do not yet cover. No address and no profile is kept with any of it. That page also keeps your conversation in your own browser’s storage so a reload does not lose it; it is on your device, not ours, and the page’s own “Clear conversation” button deletes it.
- Standard server logs. The host records ordinary request metadata (IP address, timestamp, the path requested, the user-agent) to run and secure the service. We do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not sell it.
What this site measures
Nothing, today. This site loads no measurement script, so no page sends anything about your visit. Our other site, embark.day, sends one short note per page to its own server, and to no one else. It holds six things only: the page, which site, the name of the website you came from, the campaign tags of the link you followed (each at most 64 characters), a screen size of small, medium or large, and the time to the second. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and carries no identifier, and it sends nothing when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. If this site ever sends the same note, this paragraph will say so first. Google Analytics is not loaded on this site.
When you email us
If you write to hello@agileintegrations.net, we keep your message and address so we can reply and, if it goes anywhere, remember the conversation. We ask you not to send confidential or personal data in a first email — we set up something appropriate before anything sensitive moves. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no list to add you to.
The contact and quote forms keep the same things: your name, address, company and message. Each form has one optional box asking whether we may email you now and then about our work. It starts unticked; we keep your answer, the date and the page. Unticked, we only reply to what you sent.
Engagement data
Once we are working together, your data is governed by the engagement agreement, not this page. The commitments there are the ones that matter: we do not train shared models on your data, we do not reuse your figures in anyone else's engagement, and work product is yours. See how we work for the plain-English version.
Your requests, and contact
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete an enquiry, at the same address: hello@agileintegrations.net. We are Agile Integrations LLC. If we ever change this page materially we will date the change here.
Last updated 2026-10. This is a plain statement of practice, not legal advice; an engagement's own terms govern that engagement.
