Support
Get help from a person
There is one way to reach us: email. This page says where to write, what to put in the message so we can help the first time, what you get back, and how refunds work.
Where to write
The same address serves embark.day and agileintegrations.net, so write to it whichever site you came from. A person reads this mailbox. There are no fixed support hours yet, and we do not promise a reply time. The status page shows what the sites and the API answered when we last checked them.
What to put in the message
- The email address on your account, if you have one.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- For a call that failed: when it happened, with your time zone, the address you called, and the status code it answered.
- The request id from the response — it rides on every call as the
X-Request-Idheader, and a refused call also carries it asrequest_idin the body. It is the fastest way for us to find your one call among everyone else's. - For a payment: the receipt number from the email Stripe sent you.
Never send your API key, a card number or a password. We will never ask for any of them.
What you get back
When your message is read, you get this receipt with its own reference:
Subject: We have your message [<reference>]
We received your message on <date>. Your reference is <reference>. Keep it in the subject line if you write again about the same thing.
A person reads every message sent to this address. We do not promise a reply time.
If your message is about a payment: when a refund is made, it goes back through Stripe to the card that paid, and the credit that payment bought comes off your balance.
We will never ask for your API key, a card number or a password. If a message that claims to be from us asks for one, do not answer it.

A person sends it. Nothing on our side replies automatically yet, so the receipt comes when your message is read, not the moment it arrives.
Refunds
Prepaid credit is non-refundable and all sales are final, as the Terms of Service say. If a charge looks wrong, write to us with its Stripe receipt number.
- When a refund is made, it goes back through Stripe to the card that paid, and the credit that payment bought comes off your balance.
- We do not promise a time for a refund.
- You can also dispute a charge with your card issuer.
- If we close your account without cause, we refund the prepaid credit you had not used (Terms, section 8).
